At CuddleLoop, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Eligible purchases may be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions explained in this Return & Refund Policy.
By placing an order through cuddleloop.shop, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. Thirty-Day Return Period
You have 30 days from the confirmed delivery date to request a return.
To qualify for a standard return, the item must generally be:
- In the same condition in which it was received
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Free from stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or alterations
- Returned with its original tags, accessories, and packaging when available
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
We may request photographs or additional information before approving the return.
2. Free Returns
Approved eligible returns are free.
Depending on your location, we may provide a prepaid return label, arrange an alternative return method, or reimburse reasonable standard return shipping costs according to the instructions issued by our support team.
Express shipping upgrades, unauthorized shipping methods, premium packaging charges, and other optional expenses are not refundable unless required by applicable law.
Do not return a product before receiving authorization. Unauthorized returns may not qualify for free return shipping or reimbursement.
3. How to Request a Return

- The email address used for the order
- The name of the item being returned
- The reason for the return
- Clear photographs if the item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect
After reviewing your request, we will provide return authorization and instructions.
4. Return Shipping Requirements
Customers must follow the return instructions provided by CuddleLoop.
Where a return label is issued, the parcel must be shipped using that label. Where another method is approved, retain the shipping receipt and tracking information until the refund has been completed.
CuddleLoop is not responsible for unauthorized returns, incorrectly addressed parcels, or packages sent using a method that was not approved by our support team.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order after delivery.
Contact us promptly if an item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incomplete
- Significantly different from the ordered product
- In the wrong color, style, or quantity
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and visible damage or error.
After reviewing the claim, we may offer an appropriate remedy, including:
- A replacement
- A full refund
- A partial refund
- Another solution agreed upon with the customer
Do not discard the product or packaging until we confirm that it is no longer required for review.
6. Items That May Not Be Eligible for Return
The following items may not be eligible for a standard change-of-mind return:
- Items returned after the 30-day period
- Products showing signs of use, wear, washing, damage, or alteration
- Items missing important components or accessories
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale, where permitted by law
- Products returned without authorization
- Items damaged through misuse, improper care, or failure to follow instructions
These exclusions do not limit any rights available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Product Variations
Plush products may have minor differences in shape, facial placement, stitching, texture, filling, color, or measurements. Colors may also appear differently depending on lighting and screen settings.
Minor variations that do not affect normal use are generally not considered defects. However, contact us if you believe the item differs materially from the product description.
8. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges because inventory levels may change.
For a different size, style, or color, contact us. Depending on availability, we may arrange a replacement or ask you to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
9. Order Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order.
We will attempt to process the cancellation before fulfillment, but cancellation is not guaranteed once the order has entered processing or has been shipped.
After shipment, the order must be handled according to the standard return process.
10. Refund Processing
Once the returned product has been received and reviewed, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing by CuddleLoop normally begins within 3–5 business days after approval.
Your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution may require an additional 5–10 business days to display the refund.
11. Original Shipping Charges
Standard worldwide shipping is free.
Optional expedited shipping fees, premium services, duties, taxes, and other additional charges are not normally refundable unless the order was incorrect, defective, damaged, or applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Refused and Undeliverable Orders
Orders returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, failure to collect the parcel, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may be refunded after the package is returned and reviewed.
Additional shipping or handling costs caused by incorrect customer information may be deducted where permitted by law.
13. Late or Missing Refunds
After receiving a refund confirmation, please allow your financial institution sufficient processing time.
If the refund has not appeared after the expected period:
- Check the original payment account.
- Contact your bank or card issuer.
- Contact your payment provider when applicable.
- Email support@cuddleloop.shop for assistance.
14. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
