5. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown at checkout.

We may change prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where a clear pricing error has occurred.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.

6. Orders and Acceptance

CuddleLoop offers free standard shipping worldwide.

Orders are generally expected to arrive within 7–10 business days, but delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by customs procedures, carrier disruptions, weather, public holidays, remote locations, incorrect addresses, security inspections, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, usage limits, product exclusions, and geographic restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated:

Discount codes cannot be combined.
Discounts have no cash value.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
Promotions may be changed or withdrawn before an order is completed.
Abuse of a promotion may result in cancellation.
